The user allows its information to be registered in the file above mentioned. The people who can get access to the information received are the owner or delivery companies in order to get the orders delivered to customers’ homes.

If the business does not have your personal information or if you do not accept this policy, it is impossible to make business together. You cannot subscribe, register or receive information about our services. The customers are responsible of sending accurate information and to correct the information provided. Ecus Sleep has no responsibility on this. Ecus does not take responsibility if the information provided is not accurate or false. Ecus does not either take responsibility if the wrong information leads to loss or damage. Ecus is released from responsibility when the information provided is wrong and it has caused any kind of trouble to the customer.
- TRANSFERING DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
Ecus will not provide personal data to third parties. If this should happen, we will let customers know and we will ask them for permission. This does not include the delivery of the order process, where delivery companies have to get access to personal information in order to deliver the goods.
- RIGHT OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION
You have the right of access, correction, cancellation and opposition to your own data. A copy of your ID would be needed in order to prove that the access, correction, cancellation or opposition is valid.
- ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT
The customer states that s/he has been informed about the data protection policy. S/He accepts that SENTTIX will make use of the information provided.
- CHANGES IN THE DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Ecus Sleep reserves the right to modify the current policy to adapt it to new legislation or case law. If this happened, Ecus Sleep will make it public on the website before the changes take place.
