You become a customer whenever you access this website and make us of it. You agree to General Conditions of Use when you use this website.
- PORTAL USE
www.senttix.com gives access to several and different information, services, data or programs (from now on, Content) on the Net, which belongs to ECUS and whose CUSTOMERS can make use of. The CUSTOMER takes responsibility of the use s/he makes of the web page. This also extends to the registry of services or data. During the registration, the CUSTOMER is responsible of the information provided. In return, the CUSTOMER will receive a password to get access to his/her information and should make a good use of the profile. The CUSTOMER commits him/herself to make a good use of the services and contents provided (chat service, news, blog posts). The information cannot be used to (i) activities which are unlawful, illicit or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a nature that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, supporting terrorism or constitutes an attack on human rights; (iii) provoke damage in the physical and logical systems belonging to the business, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer virus in the network or any other physical or logical systems susceptible to cause damage; (iv) attempting to gain access to the e-mail accounts of other users and manipulate information. The company reserves the right to remove comments on the website that may affront to personal dignity, discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threatens young people or children, public order or safety. In any case, ECUS will not be responsible of the customers’ opinions or reviews.
- DATA PROTECTION
ECUS follows LO 15/1999, December 13th of Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007, December 21st , which approves the regulation implementing Organic Law. It ensures proper use and secure processing of personal data. In order to do so, when ECUS receives personal information about customers, Ecus let the customers know that the information will be confidential. The customer is in charge of providing a real address, modify information when necessary… Following the law 34/2002 of July 11th of Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, ECUS will ask for permission through email to customers with commercial purposes.
- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
ECUS per se or as lessor, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights to its webpage, as well as to the items contained therein (including pictures, sound, audios, videos, software, texts, brands, logos, colour and structures combinations, computer systems needed…). All rights reserved. Concerning the articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, Intellectual Property Law, it is forbidden total copying, distribution and public communication, including the making available modality, of all or part of the contents of the webpage, with commercial purposes, in any platform without ECUS approval. The CUSTOMER commits to respect for Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights. The customer will be able to download, copy, print the information collected at the customer portal. The CUSTOMER should never remove, avoid, alter or manipulate any protective device or security system installed on ECUS.
- EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ECUS does not take responsibility for any damages and losses of any nature that may cause errors or omissions in the content, lack of portal availability, transmission of viruses or malicious programs or damaging contents, even though technological measures had been taken.
- MODIFICATIONS
ECUS reserves the right, without prior notice, to make modifications on the website, including changing, remove or add contents and services. 8. LINKS In the case of connexions or hyperbonds to other sites of Internet, ECUS shall not exert any kind of control over those sites and contents. ECUS will never take responsibility about contents in other websites, nor shall it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, scope, veracity, validity and constitutionality or information contained in these websites. Equally, the inclusion of these external links shall not imply any kind of association, merger or involvement in related organisations.
- EXCLUSION RIGHT
ECUS reserves itself the right of denying or retiring the access to the website at any moment and without forewarning, on its own initiative or at a third party to those users who fail to meet the current General Conditions of Use.

ECUS will pursue the failure of the present conditions as well as any undue use of its portal exercising all civil and penal actions that may correspond in right.
- AMENDMENT OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION
ECUS will pursue lack of compliance with current conditions as well as any undue use of its websites by means of all manners. Said conditions will be in effect during the time they are displayed and will be valid until they are modified by other duly published conditions.
- APPLIED LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION The relationship between ECUS and the CUSTOMER will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Yecla.
